Even though we gave notice for the 3g account to be closed on the 14th DEcember, we still received a bill for the following month. This was queried with the Port Elizabeth branch and a report put on this site, as there should not have been a bill.
The feedback we got from Marco Adonis on this site on the 24th December was that the matter had been resolved.
However, checking our bank account today I see that the debit order has been processed!
It clearly has not been resoved!
I await feedback from Autopage as to when I will be refunded.
