I down graded my package on the Internet yesterday night at around 9. This morning my account was suspended because I was supposed to pay R21.97 immediately yesterday at NIGHT, REALLY! Multichoice always sends a message about 3 days before if they are going to suspend the account. They didn't even give me 24 hours to make a payment and now I need to pay a disconnection fee! I want this reconnection fee to be reversed. It is really ridiculous!
