For the last week or so, the service provided by Top Tv (Starsat) has been deplorable... I have been subscribing to the service since its inception and have never been so dissatisfied... According to one of your managers, a Mr. Brian Motswatwa, Starsat is in the process of an upgrade... What kind of an upgrade are you people doing as the picture quality has now become terrible... Picture freezes all the time, Subtitles are unreadable and all programmes on the Indian bouquet are either 2 hours late or do not correspond with info displayed on screen... I have already complained a couple of times but all your consultants do is say sorry. What good is paying for a service that is of no use to me??? Am I going to be compensated for this inconvenience caused by your'll. I am seriously thinking of discontinuing this service.
