I had a choice between DSTV and STARTSAT, and after much conseideration I decided to go for STARSAT.
Its been three weeks or more that I have has this installed, but I can count the number of days I have sat and watched TV. Due to the weather it has been on and off (no signal), I have contacted STARSAT on many occassions and had to follow the same prompt... go to menu, system setting, LNB/SAT and then I search to retrieve all the channels back this is a bit riduculous which has to be done on a daily basis and its time consuming. I mean really now just a slight rain and the satelite is off.
Please can someone please HELP me???...I purchased the decorder which came with free installation direct from STARSAT.
