Dreadful service

Had problems with my remote controls on extra view. After 48 minutes, Thuli Mbhele still wasn't able to sort it out. She said she didn't have a phone number or e-mail address for her manager Catherine Pallay which is ludicrous. She said she would put me through to her supervisor Xoliswa Mgu. Turned out that Xoliswa was on another call but would phone me back when she had finished. Guess what? Still haven't been contacted. The cynic in me says that DSTV deliberately do something to your decoder to force you to upgrade to their new rip off.
As a side issue, Thuli told me I should use the on line internet facility in future. All very well but I didn't have an error code. I hope Thuli realizes that if everyone uses the on-line facility, there will be no need for Call Centre operators!!!
