I have been a toptv subscriber for the passed 2 years, starsat has recently taken over toptv. I have reconnected my subscription. About 2weeks ago and was able to view the channels but the viewing quality was terrible. Ended up buying 3 vouchers hoping this will help with the terrible viewing. After. Realised that that did not help, I called the call centre numerous time advising them of the technical problem they told me that their technicians are working. On the problem and will be fixed by midnight. I checked. The next morning and still no change, very upset called the call centre AGAIN and demanded to talk to the supervisor, I spoke to Martha who tried to assist when she was not able to do so she said. That a technician needs to be sent out to investigates the problem and that she will call me to advise when the technician will be available, I asked that my money be refunded and was told that they will not be able to do so as. Bought vouchers. The point is that I have paid -R850 for a service that I am not even able to benefit from and people at toptv/starsat could not care less!!! It is the same as from consumers.
