Despite having had a TopTV decoder for some time I have yet to see anything broadcast by Starsat/TopTV . A consultant talked me through the various settings and I've repeated the process with the info. downloaded from the Internet. The wiring and connections have all been checked. Website messages are not responded to. Still no picture. I spoke to the CEO's PA on Friday 22nd January, 2014 (and left a voice message on 28th, asking for an appointment). I have not had the courtesy of a response.
All I want is to see a programme from Starsat/TopTV on my television and a credit for the months that I have paid for the service without getting it, once there is such a picture.
