Unable to watch all my channels

I'm disappointed in starsat for my channels that's unavailable from the first week in December. I'm paying for the STARSAT SUPER AND ADDS ON STARSAT INDIAN PACKAGE ---but don't recieve the channels I'm supposed to get like the following

130 fox entertainment, 140 star Bollywood, 142 MGM, 151 BET, 196 RTPI, 220 Eurosport news, 311 CCTV 9 documentary, 351 tv, 352 inspiration, 490 bbc world, 401 Al Jazeera, 402 France 24, 403 CCTV news, 404 CBC, 405 Fox News, 406 NHk world tv, 410 msnbc, 451 fine living, 452 fashion tv, 500 star music, 509 classical, 511 gospel music.

Frustrated 22 channels that I pay for but don't recieve any service for.

I LOCKED MANY TECHNICAL QUERIES REGARDING THIS ISSUE THAT I RECIEVE, BUT EVERYTIME I MUST RESET MY TOP BOX FACTORY SETTINGS AND SOMEONE FROM THE TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT WIL GIVE ME A CALL

I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO FURTHER I'm thinking to stop my starsat and switching to Multichoice if I don't recieve a SOLUTION from... STARSAT AT FRIDAY THE 11/01/14
