Yesterday, R1500 was deducted of my Account, this money was transferred into my Wallet on the PSN. I then phoned the help desk, but had to leave a voice mail as no one was answering (too high call volume). But no one phoned me back. I then emailed the support team, but none replied. I then phoned back again early today, the lady whom I spoke to said she will email me a form to fill out, again nothing received. I then sent another email and once again... nothing happened. I want my money refunded by COB today, I did not authorize and transactions and it is a lot of money that is not sitting in my Wallet which I want returned.
