I have a FNB E Wallet card. In July on trip to Cape Town a few debit transactions were billed in duplicate resulting in money taken from account. Naturally i phoned the help desk and was told that it will be sorted out in 72 working hours. I week went by, no news from them. I phoned the desk again, only to be told they have no idea when it will be sorted out, the problem is with ABSA that duplicated the transactions. Its been more than month and my money was still not returned. I phone the desk again yesterday only to be told that it "should" be sorted out my the end of August. 2 Months to do a reversal of money that was taken illegally. Someone is making a heap of interest as the lady on the phone told me there are 100's of cases like this. This is unacceptable and i want this sorted out ASAP.
