PATHETIC SERVICE, JUST MAKES PROMISES

I went yesterday to the newpark fnb branch at 12;00 am, i must make a payment for a debtor, the cut off time was 13;00. i tried to me a e wallet payment, after several times i was not successfull i went into the branch at the tellers where the lady explained the couldnt do it inside, somebody must help me at the atm, i waited or 40 minutes nobody, i went back she said they are on their way, 20 minutes again nobody assisting me, i went to inquiries they told me i must just wait untill somebody helps me. After 15 minutes again nobody, i tried to do it on my own, i paid it to my own cell number and id number, the money was paid cash. I phoned fnbs help desk and they say the first time they are going to reverse it but it will take 3 days. and they cant pay the money ash back to me. I phoned them again they said the can help me to send it to my correct number but it will tke 3 days. WHAT TYPE OFF SERVICE IS THIS. This morning at 9:00 am after i laid a compliant at fnb they phoned me, the lady said everything is sorted they will pay me back today to e wallet and that she will phone me back to confirm within 30 minutes. Its now past 13:00 and still no answer and i left a few messages
