Ridiculous service at FNB

On the 16/09 I phoned FNB and explained that the day before I had gone into EDGARS sandton branch and tried to pay my account. I swiped my card R500. Edgars said that the payment hadn't gone through but I had received an sms and email from FNB saying it had gone off my account. On the 16/09 I spoke to Maurice Nhlanhla Mazinyane and he said I had to fill out a cheque account dispute form which I did and I emailed it straight after my conversation with him along with my Edgar's slips. Maurice explained it would take 5 workings. I phoned back 5 working days later, not sure who I spoke to but the lady said it would take 5 - 7 working days. I phoned back 7 working days later and she said nothing had been done but that she would escalate it. It would take another 5 working days. I phoned back 7 working days later and spoke to Thokogani Bengu and he said still nothing had been done he would escalate it again, it would take another 2 to 3 working days. I phoned back today and basically got told that the initial person sent me the wrong form, and now i have to fill out another and wait another 5-7 working days. I will only now only be recieving feedback after a month of my query! Ridiculous!
