Dear Sir/Madam,
i am extremely dissapointed by the DSTV Call Centre.
1) According to the consultant NO ONE could speak Afrikaans. How is this possible? I am actually very annoid by this, since it is a Official Language. MultiChoice maybe need to take a look at the amount and or percentage of Afrikaans Customers.
Quote: "We dont have anyone who could speak Afrikaans in the centre" Unquote.

2) It took me 57min to upgrade my account to Full Package. This is EXTREMELY unacceptable, how long does it take and how much do i have to pay on a phone bill? Look at the attachment.
3) The consultant could not activate the account to go back to Easy View, when asked to do so.
4) I was told to pay in advance, after the account is on debit order. It was done in advance previously, what exactly is the problem
5) I asked for the Call Centre Manager, and never spoke to him. Unacceptable.
