No Refund in 6 weeks

I have data contracts with Telkom on the 11 August my account was blocked. I went to the Telkom store at the Loch Logan Waterfront on the 12 August and Pretty assisted me. She said my debit order did not go through. I then asked what was outstanding and immediately paid the account. I phoned Liezaan at the call center and emailed her the proof of payment and the account was unblocked. Two to three days later Telkom takes the same amount out of my bank account. I phoned Liezaan the same day and sent her the proof and asked for a refund. She logged a email and said it would be done. The 30th of August I phoned the call center again. I spoke to Senetemba asking her why my money has not been refunded. She contacted Doris and Doris phoned me. She said she will refund the money into my bank account and it would take 5 to 10 working days. The 17 September I phoned the call center again and I asked to speak to the manager. the lady who I spoke to said Thumelo the manager will phone me back. The 18 September Thumelo never phoned back and I called the call center again. I spoke to Trumain and he said he will log an email. To today I have not received my money back or heard from Telkom.
