I'm a gold card holder at monte casino. I went to redeem my free play birthday voucher only to be told that it had expired end of November. I ask a simple question my birthday is on the 30th of November and I received the sms on the 30th of November wishing me well and informing of the gift. You can't possibly think that one would redeem the voucher on the same day. I then showed the manager the message I had received he laughed and said they would try rectify this he then calls another supervisor who tells me a sms was sent on the 1st week of November. I asked to see this sms cause I didn't receive it and it was blatant he says to me that he doesn't have access to the database but how on earth did he see that a msg was sent before I gave him my phone, card and I.d to verify that I wasn't messing around with them and he to my face and offered me drinks. I'm very disappointed in the service I've received this matter was meant to be a kind gesture from the casino but it turned out to be a problem. I would like to point out the flaw
in your systems, if a person is born on the last day of a month advice of the gift before or validate it for the following month.simple!!
