On the 21/08/2013 i decided to take a group of 6 people to Monte for the night out for 2 for my fiance's birthday and it turned out to be the most embarrassing experience i could have ever imagined. other than the wonderful dinner at COCO BONGO the rest of the evening is nothing to write home about - from the lazy and rude staff, to the machines not working properly, to having to carry 4 drinks around the casino like an as if i didn't purchase with the full drinks voucher at once they refused to help me, then they refused to load more than one voucher per card and seen as though not every person gambles i am sitting with gambling vouchers that i can do nothing with and to top it off the service at Monte Casino has become so great that you now have to walk around for 30 min looking for a staff member to assist you as they have not "connected" the assistance button on the machines and there is never anyone in sight to assist! WELL DONE MONTE YOU GUYS ARE REALLY MOVING UP IN THE WORLD... its amazing how smaller casinos have got this Tsogo sun thing wrapped up and you cant! would never recommed anyone to waste their time or money on the night out for 2 at Monte Casino TOTAL WASTE
