PATHETIC SERVICE

We were told that when we bought the club card when it is your birthday you get R100 voucher. At first Kimberley branch loaded his birthday wrong in November and when we used the card in November the Mimosa branch said they will fix the birthdate. We decided to go in January his birthday month to go and eat something and also use the voucher as they said they will fix it when we came there it was not fixed and the manager refused to give us the voucher and could not even call the Kimberley branch to fix the problem and we asked them to cancel the card I did not get such bad service anywhere!!!
