Upset about expiry of voucher &"windy" conditions

The only reason I am only complaining now is because I drove past Monte this morning & saw the hot balloon in the air.

I am still really upset about the expiry of my voucher which was extended for 2 weeks, after I requested for it to be extended but only to call every time and hear them say the weather was "unsuitable". I had called for days & days, Monday through to Sunday trying to book to go on the hot air balloon & all they could say was "Sorry, the weather is unsuitable" even though there was no wind. It is not my fault the weather is too "windy" or unsuitable.

A quote from the email I got from Maxine Mahonga:

Your voucher has been extended till 30 November 2013. Kindly note that as from today you have more or less 20 days to redeem the voucher and I would advise that you redeem the voucher as soon as possible and not to wait till close to the 30 November to redeem the voucher.

NO FURTHER EXTENSIONS WILL BE GRANTED ON THE VOUCHER REGARDSLESS OF ANY REASONS. IF YOU FAIL TO REDEEM THE VOUCHER FROM TODAY TILL 30 November 2013 then you WILL FORFEIT THE VOUCHER and the will be NO REFUNDS!!

Does sound a bit rude!

I am sad because I have always wanted to go on this ride.
