John dory's loyalty card nothing but a hoax

I had supper at john dory's at monte casino in novemver and was offered a card after my meal I accepted the card and was told that a R100 voucher would be available to me in december as it was my birthday month, so I signed up for it, about a month later on my birthday I went out with family and friends to galleria john dory's. After eating I was told that the voucher was not available to me because nobody had logged/ captured my sign for the card and it will be available in a months time, a few days before christmas I received an sms saying that $y card was active and I should come in within the next month to redeem my voucher, so in the fist week in january I went to the suncoast john dory again with family n friends and was told that the voucher was only valid fm the 1 december to 1 january and that I failed to use it and is now expired, this is not the first bad experience iv had with john dory's and I don't forsee myself, any family or friends doing business with john dory's monte casino, galleria or suncoast again
