It was my birthday last week Friday, my boyfriend surprised me with a Zando gift Voucher to the Value of R1000.
I received your email newsletter yesterday with a month end gift from Zando, if you spend more than R750 you received R200 off! I decided this would be a great opportunity now that I can get more for less! I went ahead and placed my order using my full R1000 voucher to ensure I qualify for the R200 off and within the required time frame before midnight to ensure I would receive my R200 discount.
I was extremely disappointed when I tried to pay for my items as I could not redeem my free R200 voucher and only could redeem my R1000 voucher as there is only 1 space for a voucher code for the purchase.
I contacted Zando telephonically and dealt with a rude and unreasonable indiviual who was so unhelpful, I am digusted at the service I recieved. I was informed I cannot redeem the voucher that was as per the newsletter I recieved which is FALSE ADVERTISING! I will never waste my money on Zando again, I rather shop where I wont be penalised for paying CASH for a gift voucher which disqualifies me from recieving a "month end gift" Yeah right!
So Annoyed!
