Irthday Voucher R100 false

I was at Monte and for my B-day month I reserved a voucher on my card and went to play the amount. When I inserted my card it should that the money was on my card but could not play it so I inserted R20 from my pocket because I had sat down and just wanted to play after I played a bit and lost the R20, I changed to another game played another R20 and lost that now where was I given that voucher to play. I went to the front desk and was told I spent the voucher when me and my girlfriend never used this so called gift. I was treated like some stupid person. Not happy with what is could a gift
