I ordered an Intendo Wii mini bundle from Klahari for my daughter's birthday that is at the end of November. I paid using a voucher that I claimed from eBucks and with my credit card.
It took them 3 weeks to let me know that they don't actually have the product and never did. They offered to credit me the cash component and give me a Kalahari Voucher for the rest.
I sent a mail explaining that the whole point of using my eBucks was to use the voucher to get this particular gift that they promised but now cannot supply and that a Kalahari voucher doesn't solve my problem so I requested that they either arrange to get my eBucks reimbursed or cash so that I could get the Intendo (that they don't have) from another supplier. Today they credited my Kalarahri account - the very thing I asked them not to do. Many phone calls and emails later my problem is still not solved and I still don't have my daughters birthday girft!
