Toptv/Starsat robbed me of viewing days

In October 2013, I had problems loading my prepaid voucher (valid for 30 days). On 10 Oct, Toptv very kindly assisted me and loaded the voucher for me and advised that I still had a credit of R60.74 on my account. The service I received was excellent. Unfortunately, it appears that their billing was up the pole once again and my last day of view was on 11 November which is clearly incorrect as that did not take into account the credit I had on my account. I contacted Toptv/Starsat via Facebook advising them of the problem. Someone contacted me, but she was totally clueless and had no idea how to calculate 30 days (of new voucher) plus R60.74 credit (equating to 6.78 days of viewing). She was extremely unhelpful. I was expecting to receive those missing days of viewing... but not was not to be.

It seems to be the luck of the draw whether you get someone knowledgeable (like the person who assisted me in October) or someone who is totally clueless on how to do simple calculations (like the person who made no real effort to assist me but insisted that the billing was correct).
