Today i called the multichoice call centre, surprisingly my call was taken quicker than expected firstly which im extremely happy for, 2ndly a friendly agent by the name of Maphule (hope i spelt it correctly) didnt get her surname sadly, answered my call, and from the start of that call i felt so Delighted, she helped me with each 1 of my 3 queries without a sigh in her voice and actually went the extra mile by repeating certain things, u dont get agents these days that do such things, Multichoice, Maphule is an asset to the company you guys need more agents like her keep it up girl
