I bought a top up voucher and followed instructions, voucher was activated and I reconnected the unit, waited for a long time, with the message STB is starting, please wait a moment, how long must I wait? So I try call the call centre, I'm put on hold for 15 minutes, so I hang up and go to the website and there is no help there, I click on complaints policy link and get redirected to a page that does not exist! So now you have taken my money and I still have no entertainment! RIDICULOUS!
