RECEPTIONIST AT SIBAYA CASINO & HOTEL IS UNCOUTH

The receptionist is normally the first person you interact with at a hotel..but with a receptionist like Portia based in Sibaya Hotel in Durban... one would never want to go back there again. She is uncouth, foul-mouthed, rude and has no sense of how to interact with people. My mum was discharged from hospital and is recovering in the room. When my parents checked in, my dad requested them to extend the booking till Thursday. Today Portia comes banging on the door and shouting at my mum, using foul languages and rudely asking her why shye hasnt left the room. She then starts shouting that their bags must be thrown out and that mum must get out of bed and just move the out of the room in her gown and go to reception. When my mumcalled my dad she shouted at my mum again and asked why the she called my dad. Clearly the customer service at Sibaya Casino has gone to the dogs... or even worse... as now they have resorted to hiring staff that behave worse than wild animals... and still have the dame cheek to curse while wwalking away and not apologise to the client.
