I am utterly disgusted by the sanitation hygiene at the Sibaya Lodge as well as the casio & entertainment toilets. These toilets have very bad odours and need to be sanitised more adequately. Its is disappointing as a first time guest at the lodge to have to experience this lack in hygiene on arrivial. Further to this for being a sun international hotel you do not offer room service-as per receptionist words when called.
