Good day. I am a regular patron at Sibaya Casino and Entertainment Kingdom, however I am utterly disappointed for this reason with the service recieved on Wednesday 16/01/2013.My partner and I had decided to spend a night at Sibaya Lodge to unwind after work. Firstly we had stood at the front desk for abit before being attended to even though the staff has seen us through the glass when we had walked into the room. Secondly the front desk employee had asked on 3 occasions if we would like a smoking/non smoking room, to which we responded smoking each time. But when we had got to the room there was no ashtrays/indication that it was a smoking zone. We had called reception to confirm if our room was smoking. The first call was not answered after several rings. We tried again soon afterwards only for the employee to convey that it was a non smoking room. When we responded saying that we had requested a smoking room no apology was given. Also we had booked the R450 special&after a while realised it came with breakfast, however the employee did not inform us of this until we inquired hours later. We had asked for a wake call at 6am which was not recieved either. Appauling service guys!!!
