A booking made for nights of the 13th and 14th Dec-'13, I planned on arriving late and thus informed the day staff receptionist, well-mannered and pleasant Indian lady. On arriving hotel security appeared below par with a year-end event on the premises-people loitering around room areas and room parking (the morning evidence of alcohol bottles in shrubs and alongside parking areas still there until the 15th Dec). The night receptionist, a black female, grudgingly checked me in over the excessively loud noise from the party venue, which she appeared to be enjoying, behind the reception area (bad space planning) and then expected me to find the room on my own until I specifically asked to be shown to the room. Pleased that my room was out of earshot from the loud music of the party but disappointed no prior notice given to clients (I would've cancelled my booking knowing what an interference it caused)-the people in the parking lot shouting, laughing and cars hooting until 00h30 didn't help.
Day staff very pleasant and helpful but night staff appear rude and make you think twice about returning.
