DEBIT ORDER STILL NOT CANCELLED

I contacted the call centre around 10/10/2013 requesting a cancellation of my TopTv debit order i spoke to Jovene and was given a ref no. (00034498) and was assured the cancellation would be do, unfortunatly i am still being debited can you kindly address this issue.
