I contacted Old Mutual Client services on the 11.04.2013 in regards with the cancellation of a life cover policy because I have received a better offer somewhere else. Till this day the debit has not been cancelled I have sent a signed cancellation letter stating my reason. When I spoke to the contact centre agent they said it will take up to 5 days. It has been 16 days no cancellation has been done & my account has been debited... I need my refund back. This is very pathethic service. One you join the policy they are quick to debit your account. But if you cancel they playing hard to get, This is a very POOR SERVICE... PERIOD.
