CONTRACT CANCELLED - 15 May, still unable to use

This is my second complaint as i was not contacted as i was told i would be. See below, service is disgusting my bank account is been debited but my contract is cancelled, as i see it ""

I enquired what the cancellation fee would be if i cancelled my contract, i received a email stating the contract had now been cancelled and they are unable to see the cancellation figure. i replied by email saying i did not want the contract cancelled i was just enquiring what the fee would be. To date my phone is still off, the debit order came off my account at the end of May and now at the end of June 8ta debited R730 for a cancellation fee. How can a company charge you for a service that you never requested, i want my phone reconnected and my last 2 debit order amounts refund

Disgusted: Contacted shortly? WHAT A JOKE been 14 days today have still not been contacted and the phone has still not been reconnected
