My Dstv decoder isn't scanning since Friday, I contacted the call centre on Sat morning both the consultant tried assisting and they also couldn't help and they said I should go to the support centre in Alberton. With all the commitments I have for the day I thought I'd start by going there first thing in the Morning. The address give had a pet shop and the telephone number wasn't being picked up. When I called Dstv I was told they have the same info, perhaps they moved and the other centre we 30km away from where I stay. Needless to say I couldn't go the. What I noted is that the isn't one of these centres or shops in black designated areas even though almost every house has a Dstv. At the end of the day I have paid my account and the signal on my Dstv is 0%. I'm REALLY not impressed
