Trying to pay but not allowing me to!!

Hi

I am trying to pay our DSTV account online via the website but it does not allow me to. I was unable to get out to pay the account via other methods so therefore before I have to pay a reconnection fee I am trying to pay via credit card. I am seriously annoyed with multichoice because the DSTV option at the supermarket down the road is offline and it is from DSTV's side, not the supermarkets. Why have all these options to pay and none of them are online and working? This is pathetic!!!

Seriously annoyed!
