UNABLE TO VIEW, BUT I MUST PAY

Well I cannot watch TV since Saturday 26th January 2013, because it kept on giving me a technical error. Unfortunately I could not phone in immediately due to working hours. For the past 2 days I have not been able to watch any tv due to technical problems. Yesterday I phoned to find out what the problem is, and was told due to bad weather the dish needs re alignment, but I have to contact the installer myself and will be accountable for the cost. so that means if I cannot afford to pay the installer, I cannot watch tv. All this SHOULD HAVE BEEN EXPLAINED THAT ACC HOLDER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTENANCE when the decoder was purchased. Then I received 3 installers names and numbers. low and behold, could only get hold of 1 who told me it is out of his way, did not even give an alternate. Other phones just ringing. Secondly I was told that I cannot get a refund for the voucher that was activated because it is on prepaid. Like why must I pay and cannot view? This is utter rubbish and a total rip off. What happen to the easy and affordable viewing
And regret having purchase the Top TV. I would like this problem to be sorted
