My Dstv has no signal for 3 days

Hi

2 weeks back i called 0215082222 to ask them to come and collect the 2nd tv in my house they told me to contact the installers close to where i leave, i contacted 0717271604 and the guy said he will send his guys same they which they did and they charged me R500.this week my DSTV is not working it says no signal when i called the installer yesterday he told me if they come again they will charge me i ask why because i never had problems with my dish since they came to the house now i have problems its not even a month he refuse.i called 0215082222 today and tell them the story i spoke to Celeste she advise me that i need to call that installer to come check if they did not do something wrong i ask who is going to pay she told me i have to pay them, i told her within a month must call installer 2 times she told me installer suppose to give me a guarantee i told her they must sort this out with them she told me they now working with them but i was referred by them to the installers

i am very disappointed with the service i received i need my dstv to be sorted out urgently because i paid for this month but i cannot watch the tv
