I'm a memeber of PlaymoregolfSa for a number of years, at one point and time it was available for members to stay on a product if they choose to do so, it was not communicated to me that it is changing and i did not receive any correspondence regarding the product change. This is a typical bully scenario from a company to a consumer where they basically said we not interested lump it even if we wrong. they explanation was that it was advertised and i did not see it and that is my fault. Genevieve Wiersch is not prepared to listen to me and refuse to assist. I am totally dissapointed with the service I received from Genevieve Wiersch (playmoregolfSA). The lack of communication from PlaymoregolfSA is totally unproffessional. The fact that they say it was advertised and if I did not see it was my fault as a memeber.
