I bought a explora and paid an installer to install it for me. his name is stan. he was for more than an hour on my cell phone with the call centre trying to get the explora and my pvr to link. the call centre then told me the technical department will rectify the problem and phone me back within 2 hours. I paid the installer because the callcenter said there is problems on the system. this was on Wednesday. on saterday I phoned the callcenter again and was on the phone for another 30 min before I was informed the installation is wrong. now the installer received his money but do not pitch up. what a... i'll have to pay again for another installer and I'm paying for a service I do not receive from dstv. will I receive a refund for the days I could not use the duel view??? where can I find an installer who will not rip me off???
