I called the On time watch services, and wanted to see if they could help
me in my dilemma, and asked the receptionist to put me through to a technical person.
The receptionist then immediately interrupted as I explained my issue, and told me
that I need to bring, and book the watch in for them to give me a quotation and also told
me that there was costs involved and that it would take 2-3 days. Now I don't have an issue
with this type of response per-say, but she didn't firstly put me through to a technical person,
secondly, I didn't say that my watch was broken, Thirdly she was not willing to finish listening to
my question, which was regarding a setting on my watch, and lastly, it would cost me
time, money, petrol, and inconvenience. to bring my watch in, for asking a question to a technical
person, which could probably be sorted out in a minute or 2 over the phone.
This service is very poor coming from a well known Provider/supplier.
