We have the premium package on DSTV. Installed by accredited installer. We have two decoders, one of which is a PVR decoder. Both decoders cannot work at the same time. And 75% of the time we cant watch DSTV because we get an error on the screen that says "No Signal Detected". We have had the installer out on numerous occassions, who cant find any faults. We have phoned DSTV call centre on numerous occassions too, which cost me a phone call of 50 minutes without any joy. I am ready to go back to the horrible TopTV, just so that I can watch some tv. The installer says the problem with DSTV. DSTV says its the installers problem. I need a resolution ASAP!
