Multichoice
Unprofessionalism

Since August 2012, I've been paying Multichoice the amount of R590 through a stop order aggreement with the Standard bank & after I organized a second TV set, I then increased the stop order to R655, which went off on 25/01/2013.In these six months I've experienced a series of cut-offs & on enquiring I was told the same story that I owed & upon proof through bank statements I'd be reconnected. It got worse on 26/01/2013, when I was assured by a lady in a Multichoice shop in Maponya mall that my case is in good hands, only to experience one more cut-off on sunday 27/01/2013.This time I was adviced to go to Randburg where I spent -3hours, including a visit to the bank to acquire a transaction history on behalf of Multichoice, which was not issued to me ofcourse. After demanding to see the head of the accounts dept, this lady never aggreed nor refused my demand verbally, but defied me by not calling the head of the accounts dept. She was at counter 49 in Randburg & assured me my problem is resolved verbally & after I demanded a reference number, she gave it as:120113437 & that was on Monday 28/01/2013.
