My decoder was disconnected 27 July 2013 but paid

Multichoice keep me liable for a smartcard not exiting at my address. I have only one smartcard which payments are up to date. I have brought it to Multichoice attention that there is another smartcard that you are charging on my name which are incorrect, I have went to your Randburg Office to sort out the problem and thought this matter was resolved with Multichoice at the time with my visit at the Walk - in Centre.
