My service has been cut-off time and again although i have been making payments.
This started when i made a payment of R655.36 at Pick 'n Pay Secunda last year on the 16/07/2012, but DSTV can't trace this payment from their system, i even went all the way to Multichoice head office at Randburg to hand over the proof of payment on the 23/11/2012 and after faxing and emailing this receipt not helpful. From last year August my account is activated and next thing deactivated. I have even involved legal assistance but to no help.
I am now considering terminating my account as i am not getting any joy from Multichoice, i am highly disappointed as i expected quality customer service from the company.
