I was at Multi Choice on the 13 july 2013 to fix the problem with my acount as it was switched off as well due to my debit order not going off the payment problim was found to be that my card has changed. the reconnection fee according to multi choice was /- R1300. We then paid R1300. our DSTV was then reconnected with immediate effect. we then also ask them to set up a new debit order because they said that it would be better if they do the debit order then when i do it online. there for i asked them to continue with the setup of the debit order. When that was completed i then asked if that was all, and if there is no problems they said yes. i even told them that i don't want to go there with the same issue again. they guarantied me that i won't.
Yet now i'm sitting with the same problem. my DSTV being swiched off, and they did make a debit order as i asked them to make one.
At the moment there is a reconnection fee again of /- R1300 witch i don't no anything about as they told me that there is no more issues.
