We have been without DSTV for the last 2 days. Just like all the other customers complaining, when you reset the pvr decoder it only shows a blue loading screen and then turns black. I have been trying to phone the call centre and the cellphone number over 50 times during the last two days and not once did the phone even ring!!!
Why not publish the solution on social media sites or at least communicate with your customers that you are experiencing problems with both your service and the call centre???
I will remember this service when end of month comes around...
