Last month i phoned multi choice requesting them to stop my debit order. the agent understood and said it will be done. on the 1st of november my bank notified me that the debit order indeed went off. i then sent an email to multi choice requesting to refund me and contact me as soon as possible. i have heard nothing from them since the 1st of november and i even forwarded my previous email stating i have heard nothing. all i want is my money to be paid back into my account after they deducted from my bank acount on the 1st november, that was incorret and then de-activated my service, which was correct.
