I changed accounts and my bank informed Multi Choice that my debit order must go of on the 1st of October from my new account. Multi Choice has now cut of my DSTV after they have phoned me on Saturday at 18h15 and informed me that because of their personal mistake they will not cut my service but instead send through a double payment for the end of September. I spend almost a hour with Olufomi and he spoke 3 times with his supervisor to confirm that they will not cut my service.
