When i opened my multi choice account, we have agreed with them that they will be debiting the money out of my account on my salary day, the first month they didn't take their money i tried calling them ad was advised that the first month is free.

It also happened that the second month they didn't take their money, i called them again and was told that it will be sorted out, which it wasn't, i asked them to remove me on the debit order payment, so i can pay it myself and was advised that once a debit order has been loaded it can not be cancelled.

Now Multi choice has closed my tv including Sabc which i pay my tv license. They say i owe them R3000, i need and explanation as to why my account wasn't debited? and also why i have not been removed from the system as i have asked them to? Why is my sabc closed if the close their services?
