I have been trying since Monday to pay for my Dstv Subscription which is due today but i was told that the systems are offline... Im working far from the banks, the only nearest place is, Pep and Pick n pay which were both offline... my account number is:78691116... MULTICHOICE: PLEASE DONT TELL ME THAT YOU WILL SWITCH OFF MY DECODER AND YOU ARE NOT GOING TO CHARGE ME EXTRA R50 FOR REINSTALLATION OR ELSE I WILL REPORT YOU TO THE OMBUDSMAN. There's no nearest multichoice branch where i stay or where i work and this is my last day to make a payment... GIVE US THE SOLUTION INSTEAD OF PASSING THE BUCKET... IM REALLY SICK OF THIS OR MAYBE YOU WANT US TO GO TO YOUR COMPETITORS? Myabe we wont experience the same problem with them. PLEASE RESPOND COZ I DONT HAVE ANY TIME LEFT...
