So I'm writing yet another report because multichoice is unable to provide proper service. So I wake up this morning to find that my services have been suspended!!! WHY??? In the middle of December I paid my account for January and even asked for a downgrade to compact, was told to pay the money first and then call again which is exactly what I did but to be told that their system was offline. I have been trying to get hold of multichoice right now but as usual I was placed on hold and my airtime has ran out!! I'm really tired of this kind of service from multichoice seriously, its just giving me a headace. I hope this is the last time I write a report about multichoice and their incompetence!!! really angry right now.
